While traveling, scammers are always looking for easy-targeted people. They are looking at people that are preoccupied with their cell phones, tablets, and even parents with their children. Unfortunately, they will pay attention to where you are reaching for your money to purchase something. They will pay attention to where you place your money after you make your purchases. So, always be aware of your surroundings, someone may be watching you.

Don’t think that just because you are walking with someone you can’t become a target. It is all based on easy access to your money or valuables. While touring another state or country, you could be a target for so many different scams. Especially, if you are traveling to a city that is well known to have lots of tourists. What is equally important is being aware of some of these scams. Such as the bump and grab, fake WiFi hubs, a spilled drink, and a fake injury. There are also police impersonators, bike rental damage claims, free bracelets, or Rosemary gifts. Let’s not talk about how much fake designer jewelry is being sold.

Everyone now days are on their phones, tablets, Ipads or, or just talking with someone else and not paying attention. But, remember there is always someone out there that is paying attention. Keep your valuables in front of you, and make it hard to be easily grabbed. Always remember, DO NOT BECOME A TARGET WHILE TRAVELING.
